Ticket Information for the FEI World Championships Aachen 2026

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased at the ALRV office, online and by telephone (+49-241-917 1111).

Which tickets can I book in the online ticket shop?

You can purchase tickets for all events in the online ticket shop. Tickets for wheelchair users are only available from the ALRV office – by telephone on +49 (0)241 917 1111 or by e-mail to tickets@aachen2026.com.

How many tickets can I purchase per booking?

You can book up to 10 tickets per day and discipline in the online ticket shop.

How do I receive my tickets?

Tickets will be sent shortly before the event to your email address registered in our system. If you have not provided an email address, they will be sent to your postal address.

Can I return tickets?

No, the return of tickets is excluded.

Will lost tickets be replaced?

Unfortunately, no replacement can be provided for lost tickets.

Tickets from unauthorized third party vendors

In case you purchased your tickets from one of the booking platforms that have not been authorised by us (e.g. Viagog, ebay, etc.), then we regret to inform you that we are not able to process your request.

The Aachen-Laurensberger Rennverein only processes requests from its registered ticket customers. Please refer to our General Terms & Conditions.

I am having trouble booking, who can I contact?

If you are having trouble booking in the online ticket shop, please contact our ticketing (Tel. +49-241-917 1111) or by email: tickets@aachen2026.com.

Are there discounts for children?

Children up to and including 6 years of age have free admission to the showgrounds, but are not entitled to their own seat.

Can I book places reserved for wheelchair users via the online ticket shop?

No. These tickets are only available from the ALRV office:

How can I pay for my tickets?

Internet bookings can be paid by paypal and by credit card (Mastercard, VISA and American Express), bookings by telephone can be paid – until 6 weeks previous to the event – by bank transfer after receipt of invoice.

Which credit card is accepted?

Mastercard, VISA, and American Express are accepted for the payment of booked tickets.

Information on payment methods

Please select the desired payment method and enter the necessary data. Please make sure that your credit card details are complete and correct to ensure a successful booking of the tickets.

What is the card verification number?

Entering the credit card verification number further increases the security standard for your ticket booking. The credit card verification number is a 3-digit sequence of numbers on your card (not embossed), which is not found on standard payment receipts, unlike the name and card number. For Mastercard and VISA, the card verification number includes the last three digits of the numbers in the signature field on the back of the credit card. For American Express cards, the verification number is ‘4 digits’ and is located on the front of the card.

What processing fees apply when booking by telephone or e-mail?

The processing fee is 5 € for both domestic and international transactions.

What processing fees apply to online bookings?

Tickets booked in the online shop include a 10% advance booking fee, which is included in the final ticket price. Shipping fees are shown separately.

When will I receive a receipt?

Upon completion of your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation by email. Please keep the booking confirmation safe in case of inquiries.

How secure is the online booking?

The booking of tickets in our online ticket shop is secured by SSL encryption. Normally, you can recognize this by the internet address starting with ‘https://’ The ‘s’ is the symbol for the SSL encryption of the data, right from the call of the online ticket shop.

Why do I need to provide my phone number?

This allows us to reach you quickly in case there are problems with your booking (e.g., incorrect address data).

May there be changes in the event's programme?

Yes, the programme is subject to change.

What are the admission times?

The admission times will be announced in due course before the FEI World Championships Aachen 2026.

Are there admission checks?

Please note that as part of an extended admission control, in the interest of all visitors, there may be selective personal and bag checks at the entrances to the FEI World Championships Aachen 2026. We ask you to follow the instructions of the security staff and thank you in advance for your understanding that this may lead to delays at the entrances.

Am I allowed to bring dogs to the event?

Due to the official veterinary rules, dogs are not allowed on the showgrounds. This also applies to the Cross-Country Course Soers.

Is it allowed bring a guide dog or an assistance dog?

Animals are not permitted on the showgrounds, with the exception of guide dogs and equivalent assistance dogs.

Guide/assistance dogs may be allowed on the showgrounds (not seating area / grand stands) upon prior request/approval of the organizer. Prerequisites for this are: Presentation of a medical certificate. The dog must be kept on a leash and carry an appropriate identification. Excrement bags are to be carried along. It is also advisable to carry a muzzle. Should the dog obviously not be able to cope with the stress (loudness, crowds) or disturb the course of the event (barking), the organizer reserves the right to ask the dog owner to leave the showgrounds.

Is the ticket valid for public transport?

All tickets are valid on the day of the event for a round trip to/from the showgrounds in the Soers with all ASEAG bus lines (except APAG shuttle).

Where can I park?

Numerous Park & Ride parking spaces are available around the showgrounds. Shuttle buses quickly and easily take you to the main entrance – and of course later back to your car.

The public parking spaces of APAG are available during the event. The ‘APAG shuttle’ goes directly to the showgrounds, entrance Albert-Servais-Allee. When using the APAG parking spaces, the ride with the ‘APAG shuttle’ to and from the parking spaces is free of charge.
