Unfortunately, the accreditation period has ended. The deadline for accreditation was 30 June 2026.

Accommodation
A limited number of accommodations in the region are available for accredited members of the press. Accommodation is offered at B&B Eschweiler and B&B Würselen, from where a shuttle service to the showgrounds is provided. As a budget-friendly alternative, the Mercure Köln West is available; however, this option is not included in the shuttle routes.
You will receive the booking link by email with your accreditation confirmation or upon request.
Media & Broadcast Service Guide
This guide is intended to support the work of media representatives by providing comprehensive and up-to-date information regarding all relevant aspects of the event—ranging from operational details and logistical information, to access procedures, media zones, and communication protocols.

Where do I receive my show pass?
You will receive your show pass in the accreditation tent at the main entrance Albert-Servais-Allee/Krefelder Straße.

Do I have access to the Media Night with my accreditation?
No. You need a separate accreditation for the Media Night.
Is there a possibility to park the car while picking up the show pass at the accreditation tent?
There is a limited number of short-time parking spaces near the accreditation tent (enter the roundabout from Krefelder Straße and take the first exit). Please follow the orders of the security personnel.
Are there parking spaces for journalists near the show grounds?
There are parking spaces for journalists which are connected to the show grounds with shuttles.
Where is the Press Centre?
The Press Centre is located on the first floor of the Turkish Airlines Grandstand.

Are there lockers?
Lockers are available in limited numbers in the Press Centre, further information at the counter. Unfortunately, pre-reservations are not possible.
When and where will the press conferences take place?
Press conferences are held in the Press Conference Room following all major competitions. Further information regarding the press conferences will be available on the press intranet.
Is there a guarantee for seating places on the press tribunes?
There is no guarantee for seating places on the press tribunes, especially in the Main Stadium. We reserve ourselves the right to save seating places for specific media.
Is there a "dress code"?
To ensure a professional atmosphere, all press and media representatives are expected to maintain a suitable and respectable standard of appearance. TV Teams, Photographers and media representatives that enter the stadiums’ infield area are requested to follow the dress code. Forbidden are shorts and sleeveless tops and sponsor brandings on clothing.
Additionally, photographers and TV teams working in the infield, mixed zone or from the Grand Stands must always wear a numbered bib. These bibs are available at the counter in the Press Centre for a deposit of 20€. Bibs are allocated for different venues and will be issued subject to capacity and according to editorial priorities.
I am a photographer. How will I be able to get permission to enter the stadiums' infield areas?
You can apply for stadium bibs at the Press Centre’s Counter. To obtain the bib, you have to submit a security deposit. The counter personnel decides over the allocation of bibs. Please follow the instructions of our employees, otherwise we reserve ourselves the right to confiscate the accreditation.
Are there Mixed Zones for interviews with the athletes?
It will be possible to hold brief interviews with the athletes at the edge of the warm-up areas. Current quotes and flash quotes will be provided.
