Wheelchair seating
Tickets for wheelchair spaces can only be purchased on-site or by phone on +49241 9171 111 or via mail at tickets@aachen2026.com.
- Availability in the Main Stadium: Block K (Mercedes-Benz Grand Stand) and Block A (STAWAG Grand Stand). Additional wheelchair spaces are located in front of the STAWAG Grand Stand.
- Availability Stadium 2: Block O (East Grand Stand)
- Availability Stadium 3: Block F (West Grand Stand) and Block O (North Grand Stand).
All wheelchair spaces are roofed, except those in front of the STAWAG Grand Stand – please wear weatherproof clothing.
Electric wheelchairs and scooters are welcome. Please inform the staff when purchasing tickets if you are using a scooter.
Lifts and ramps
An accessible lift is available at the West Grand Stand in Stadium 3. Other wheelchair spaces are step-free or ramp-accessible.
Wheelchair rental
Wheelchairs are available at the luggage depot near the main entrance (subject to availability). A deposit of 50€ is required to rent a wheelchair. Please reserve in advance by contacting alina.soiron@aachen2026.com.
Accessible toilets
Main Stadium:
- NetAachen Grand Stand (between Blocks B and C)
- STAWAG Grand Stand (Block A)
- Mercedes-Benz Grand Stand (Block K)
Stadium 3:
- North Grand Stand (between Blocks M and N)
- South Grand Stand (between Blocks D and E)
- East Grand Stand (Block P)
These toilets can be accessed using the European universal key, which is available from the toilet service staff.
Medical Centre / First aid
The Medical Centre is located in Room 16 at the back of the Mercedes-Benz Grand Stand (Block I) in the Main Stadium. There is another first aid room in Room 1 of the South Grand Stand in Stadium 3 (Block E).
Baby changing rooms
Main Stadium:
- Mercedes-Benz Grand Stand (Block I / Room 12)
- STAWAG Grand Stand (Block A / Room 7)
- NetAachen Grand Stand (Block B)
Stadium 3:
- East Grand Stand (Block P)
Keys are available from the toilet service staff.
Storage areas for pushchairs and walking aids
Please note that, for safety reasons, pushchairs and walking aids are not permitted on the grand stands. There are designated storage areas throughout the venue (please ask the security staff). Use of these areas is at your own risk. Please ensure that mobility aids do not block emergency exits.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are permitted with visible identification (e.g. vest, scarf, harness). A valid ID card or certificate must be shown upon request.
Accessible parking
Designated accessible parking is available at Car Park A and Car Park C (max. height 1.9m). Parking is limited and must be pre-booked: tickets@aachen2026.com.

Arrival by Bus:
All ASEAG buses are low-floor buses and can lower for easy boarding. The vehicles are also equipped with ramps, visual and audio stop information, wheelchair and pushchair spaces, extra handrails, and stop request buttons.
