From Köln (Cologne)/Düsseldorf/Lüttich:

A4 motorway; Take the exit at Aachen Zentrum (Centre); Turn right towards the Zentrum (Centre).

From the Netherlands:

A4 motorway; Take the exit at Aachen Zentrum (Centre); Turn right towards the Zentrum (Centre).

Attention: The showgrounds and public car parks are located in the environment zone of the city of Aachen.

In addition to the regular public bus lines, we have set up special bus shuttle services to ensure smooth transportation during the event.

There are three additional bus shuttle lines, the A-Shuttle, B-Shuttle, and C-Shuttle, which will operate during the FEI World Championships Aachen 2026 to provide easy access to the Allianz Park from various directions.

• The A-Shuttle serves the Areal W parking area, with a travel time of about 10 minutes to the showgrounds.
• The B-Shuttle connects parking area P15 to the showgrounds, also taking about 10 minutes.
• The C-Shuttle runs from Aachen Hauptbahnhof (central station), passing through the city center, and takes approximately 15-20 minutes to reach the showgrounds.

Buses will run:

• from one hour before the start of the sports programme
• until one hour after the end of the sports programme

The tickets for the FEI World Championships Aachen 2026 are valid on the respective event day as tickets for travel to and from the showgrounds on buses and regional trains within the area of the Aachener Verkehrsverbund (AVV).

From Cologne Bonn Airport (approx. 75 km, 1 hour):

• Take the A59 towards Cologne.
• Merge onto the A4 towards Aachen.
• Continue the A4 and exit “Aachen Zentrum.”
• Follow signs to the Allianz Park, the showgrounds of the FEI World Championships Aachen 2026.

From Frankfurt Airport (approx. 250 km, 2 hours 30 minutes):

• Take the A3 towards Cologne.
• Merge onto the A4 towards Aachen.
• Continue the A4 and exit “Aachen Zentrum.”
• Follow signs to the Allianz Park, the showgrounds of the FEI World Championships Aachen 2026.

From Düsseldorf Airport (approx. 90 km, 1 hour 15 minutes):

• Take the A44 towards Mönchengladbach.
• Merge onto the A61 towards Venlo.
• Continue the A44 towards Aachen.
• Take exit “Aachen Zentrum” and follow the signs to the Allianz Park, the showgrounds of the FEI World Championships Aachen 2026.

From Maastricht Airport (approx. 40 km, 40 minutes):

• Take the A2 towards Eindhoven.
• Merge onto the A76 towards Heerlen/Aachen.
• Cross the border into Germany and continue the A4.
• Take exit “Aachen Zentrum” and follow signs to the Allianz Park, the showgrounds of the FEI World Championships Aachen 2026.

From Brussels Airport (approx. 140 km, 1 hour 30 minutes):

• Take the A201 towards Brussels.
• Merge onto the E40 towards Liège/Aachen.
• Cross the border into Germany and continue the A44.
• Take exit “Aachen Zentrum” and follow the signs to the Allianz Park, the showgrounds of the FEI World Championships Aachen 2026.
