Paul’s – Culinary Delights with a View of the Warm-Up Arena

Paul’s by DORN Catering & Events combines two concepts under one roof as a public restaurant: an elegant à la carte restaurant and a spacious self-service area.

The à la carte restaurant offers a modern, internationally inspired cuisine that focuses on high-quality, simple ingredients, reinterpreted with creative flair. The culinary concept is led by Head Chef Mario Gollnick and Sous Chef Arne Seger. The diverse menu has something for every taste, featuring reimagined classics, creative dishes, vegetarian options, as well as fish and meat specialties. A fine selection of desserts completes the dining experience. The cuisine is perfectly complemented by an exclusive wine selection from partner Gérard Bertrand, whose distinctive wines from Southern France pair beautifully with the menu.

One of the restaurant’s highlights is the unique atmosphere of Paul’s. In good weather, the sides of the tent can be opened almost completely, offering an unobstructed view of the warm-up arena. As horses prepare for competition or cool down after their performances, guests can enjoy outstanding cuisine in a relaxed setting – a place where world-class equestrian sport and exceptional dining come together in a truly unique way.

The Paul’s self-service area also stands out for its quality and freshness. Guests can enjoy a varied selection of starters, along with a live pasta station where freshly prepared, flavorful pasta dishes are cooked right before their eyes. Paul’s combines outstanding cuisine, relaxed hospitality, and a unique view of the action surrounding the equestrian sport – making it the ideal meeting place for everyone who appreciates great food, exceptional wines, and the atmosphere of the World Championships.

Reservations for the à la carte restaurant can be requested by email at reservierung@dorn-catering.de.

Please note that no reservations are accepted for the self-service area.
